His career has been defined by leading large scale transformation across workforce strategy, strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and digital enablement. As Vice President of HR Shared Services and Product at Target Corporation, he led a global organization responsible for reimagining how HR operates at scale, serving more than 400,000 team members through a modern, integrated operating model that elevated both performance and experience.
