Episode 3: Leadership Imposter Syndrome The Power of Being Seen

Being seen can change how we see ourselves and how we lead.

In Episode 3 of my Imposter Syndrome series, I explore how feeling unseen or different can follow us into our careers, causing us to perform, prove, or hide.

For me, one authentic interaction with a colleague helped me begin lowering my guard and realize that I could bring more of my true self to work and still belong.

Over time, that sense of community helped me work through parts of my own imposter syndrome.

See yourself clearly. See others intentionally. Because belonging often begins with being seen.

If this resonates with your journey, feel free to reach out. I’d welcome the conversation.

Episode 2: Facing the Past: An Act of Freedom and Growth

Your past may shape you, but it does not have to define how you lead.

In Episode 2 of my Imposter Syndrome series, I explore why facing our past is not an act of punishment—it is an act of freedom and growth.

For years, I believed parts of my own story needed to remain separate from my professional identity. Over time, I learned that leadership becomes stronger when we stop managing different versions of ourselves and begin leading from a more integrated sense of who we are.

Own your story. Learn from it. Then lead forward.

If this resonates with your journey, feel free to reach out. I’d welcome the conversation.
