Episode 2: Facing the Past: An Act of Freedom and Growth

Your past may shape you, but it does not have to define how you lead.

In Episode 2 of my Imposter Syndrome series, I explore why facing our past is not an act of punishment—it is an act of freedom and growth.

For years, I believed parts of my own story needed to remain separate from my professional identity. Over time, I learned that leadership becomes stronger when we stop managing different versions of ourselves and begin leading from a more integrated sense of who we are.

Own your story. Learn from it. Then lead forward.

If this resonates with your journey, feel free to reach out. I’d welcome the conversation.
